Lucrezia is obviously not happy with her forced marriage, thus she had her eyes on a handsome young man to find happiness. Elsewhere, Cesare fell in love with a Baron’s wife and is doing everything to take her away from him. On the political aspect, Cesare convinced Machiavello to acknowledge his agreement with Della Rovere to enable French troops to pass through Florence.
